This practice is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) and accepts medical aids. If the medical aid does not cover the services rendered, the client remains liable for the account. Sessions are charged at medical aid tariffs.

• After making contact with me either telephonically or via the web contact form, I will schedule an intake interview. This session aims to gather in-depth background information from you to better understand your concern. This session is only for the parents, the reason being that we will be discussing sensitive information regarding your child.
• Before the intake interview takes place, I will email you with the confirmation of our appointment as well as with the necessary forms. It is crucial that you read carefully through the documents. Please complete the forms as best you can. We will discuss any questions or concerns before the intake interview commences.
• Depending on the decisions we made during the intake interview, this session is usually the start of an assessment. Very important, it is crucial that I get signed informed consent from BOTH biological parents. No therapy or assessment process will be started without this.
• After the assessment is conducted, a feedback session with the parents will be scheduled.
• Only after the completion of the process, we can discuss the possibility of a therapeutic process or parental guidance.
